Getting your family motivated and on the right track to health is as simple as combining proper exercise with a healthy diet. Break away from the mold of inactivity and establish a goal to have your family become more active. The earlier you get your family started exercising and eating right, the better. The best way to do this is to live by example. Don't just tell your children to go outside to play, join them. Yard games can be fun for the entire family and they not only help us become more fit, they help us bond.
